Our wine program is a celebration of place. Through our Winemaker of the Month series and curated tasting experiences like Taste of Spain and Taste of Paso, we invite guests to explore the connection between Spain and the Central Coast. Many of the varietals that thrive here — Grenache, Tempranillo, Albariño and Syrah — share roots with Spain’s great wine regions. And beer drinkers —  rest assured we have you covered with local craft brews and Spanish classics to pair with what’s on your menu.
